Hourly rates (tax-included) are: entire facility - still photography ¥12,000/h, movie ¥14,000/h; main studio - still photography ¥10,000/h, movie ¥12,000/h; underground studio - still photography ¥9,000/h, movie ¥10,000/h. Minimum usage is 3 hours (partial use requires 1 week prior reservation for 4 hours). Daily use starts at ¥150,000, and if there are no subsequent reservations, it can be extended free of charge up to 24 hours after exceeding ¥150,000. Consecutive use is discounted step-by-step from the 2nd day (¥140,000) to the 9th day and beyond (¥70,000). Advance application for last-minute reservations 48 hours prior is 20% off. Still photography with small cameras like SLRs is considered still photography with prior notice. Event usage has a separate fee (entire facility 98 tsubo ¥9,000/h, main studio 62 tsubo ¥7,000/h, Sundays and holidays, and 8pm-8am are 20% increased, minimum usage 5 hours).
