Rules & policy

Cancellation

After confirmation: 100% Cancellation from provisional booking / same day, previous day 100% / 2 days prior 80% / 3 days prior 70% / 4 days prior 60% / 5 days prior 50% / 7 days prior 30% (based on fee schedule). Notification of confirmation must be by 3 PM, 8 days prior. Provisional bookings are held for 5 days.
